Rentals

Our new modern, industrial venue is perfect for intimate wedding ceremonies, receptions, photography shoots, birthday parties, company workshops, staff parties, small performances, and more. Being wheelchair accessible with a coffee bar and an art gallery backdrop, our space offers everything you need for a memorable event.

Rental Types:

Upper Gallery Package – $150/day, $25/hour

Best for small group meetings, workshops, or classes of 8-12 people.

  • Includes:
    • Use of upper gallery, 3 tables, 12 chairs


Basic Package – $400/day, $250/half day, $100/hour

Ideal for corporate rentals, private workshops, cultural gatherings, birthday parties, and showers.

  • Includes:
    • Use of gallery, tables, and chairs.
    • Use of bar area/glassware for serving.

Wedding Package – $600/day, $400/half day

Perfect for wedding ceremonies and receptions.

  • Includes:
    • Use of gallery, tables, and chairs.
    • Use of bar area/glassware for serving.
    • Removal of artwork and bar cleanup.
    • Special requests (may be subject to additional fees).

Social Event Package – $800/day, $500/half day

For larger social gatherings with added amenities.

  • Includes:
    • Use of gallery, tables, and chairs.
    • Use of bar area/glassware for serving.
    • Removal of artwork and bar cleanup.
    • Sound system, microphone, event lighting.
    • Special requests (may be subject to additional fees).

Additional Information

  • Damage Deposit: Basic and Wedding Packages require a $250 deposit; Social Events require a $500 deposit. Damage deposits are fully refundable upon the facility and equipment remaining in the same condition in which it was provided. Evaluation of the facility will be at the Executive Director’s discretion.
  • Renters Insurance: Required for all unsupervised and social events. This can be purchased at any local insurance provider.
  • Alcohol: Renters serving their own alcohol are required to provide WA+C a liquor license and copy of the servers Smart Choices serving certificate no later than 2 weeks before the event.
    • Note: If you choose to hire WA+C for bartending service, no liquor license or Smart Choices certificate will be needed by the renter as we are fully licensed.
  • Decorations: No pins on gallery walls. Use approved adhesives (e.g., painter’s tape). Discuss plans with us before setup to avoid damage.
  • Setup/Cleanup: It is the renters responsibility to setup for and cleanup for their event. This must take place during the agreed upon rental hours unless special arrangements are made with WA+C staff.
    • Note: Renters may hire WA+C to assist with setup/cleanup (see rates below).
