Winkler Arts and Culture, Inc. is a volunteer organization whose mission is focused on providing opportunities to share art in its various forms while celebrating the culture that brings art alive. Winkler Arts and Culture is dedicated to providing opportunities to teach, share and celebrate artistic and cultural expression through education, programs and a community space.

Board Member Responsibilities:

Board responsibilities take up approximately 25 hours per year.

-Attend monthly board meetings (the WA+C board meets once per month).

-Assist with WA+C events.

-Share WA+C’s mission and programs with the community.

We are currently needing gallery attendants for all public hours including daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Gallery Attendant Responsibilities:

-Greet gallery visitors provide information on the current exhibit.

-Provide visitors with information on WA+C’s upcoming classes/events.

-Process gift shop sales.

-Light housekeeping duties.

Bartender Responsibilities:

– Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly

– Process orders and payments

– Keep bar area tidy

– Clean bar glasses and serving dishes

Must have Smart Choices – Responsible Service Certification

We are currently needing volunteer cleaners!

Volunteer Cleaner Responsibilities:

-Floor and window washing

-Restroom cleaning

-Surface Sanitizing
